Martin A. Berns, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Berns is a founder of the company. He has over 40 years experience as a marketing consultant, including business planning and implementation, franchising , direct marketing and advertising. Early in his career he ran a branch office for a New York advertising agency and then established his own advertising and marketing company.
As early as the 1960's Mr. Berns was the architect of a stamp based rewards program whose clients included companies such as Sinclair Oil and Dad's Root Beer.

Eugene H. Berns,
Director
Eugene Berns served 23 years as vice-president of sales and marketing,
and a member of the Board of Directors, for an American Stock Exchange
community builder. Mr. Berns has extensive background in sales and marketing,
has held many leadership positions in the shelter industry including the
past presidency of the Gold Coast Builders Association, and currently
serves on many state and national committees, and is the recipient of
numerous industry awards.
Bruce L. Hollander, Director
Mr. Hollander is the retired Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of BioLok International. Mr. Hollander has been President and Chief Executive Officer of BioLok since 1996, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1998.
Mr. Hollander was sole owner of Lion Wines and Spirits, a Florida beverage distributor from 1991 to 1995; and President of B.L. Hollander & Associates, a business consultant to a number of companies, including Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co., from 1982 to 1984. Prior to 1982 he was an executive with Incom International, Rockwell International and General Electric. Mr. Hollander received a BSIE from the Pratt Institute, a MSEM from Union College (GE - Co-op.) and is an APICS certified fellow.
Brent L Gephart II, Director
Mr. Gephart is presently CEO and President of Card Processing Consultants, Inc who act as consultants for Fortune 100 banks including Fiserv, merchant processing companies and Fortune 5000 companies. His company is a Registered MSR/ISO for Royal Bank of Scotland.
Prior to that, he served as COO and Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing for Financial Services for Innuity, Inc. where he developed strategic partnerships with stored value debit card issuers and developed the companies own private label stored value issuing program. He developed offshore banking and acquiring relationships for U.S. merchants pursuing offshore incorporations (IBC’s) in the E.U. and L.A.C.R.
Mr. Gephart also served as Executive Vice President U.S. Corporate Strategy and Alternative Distribution for Moneris Solutions, Inc and was previously Director of Marketing and Director of Corporate Strategy for Chase Merchant Services, the acquiring division of J.P. Morgan
Chase.
Additionally, Mr. Gephart attended Visa Bankcard Management School at Harvard University.
Tom Hill , Director of Operations - BSP Rewards , Director
Mr. Hill is the co-founder and Director of Xcel Marketing Group. Previously, as a co-founder of Gusto Marketing, he was responsible for all aspects of marketing and business development for this restaurant rewards/loyalty program. Mr. Hill was also a co-founder of WOW Points that provides the rewards software being utilized by BSP Rewards. Mr. Hill also served as the Marketing Director for The Miami Herald, one of Knight-Ridder's leading newspapers.
Robert F. Hussey, Director
Mr. Hussey has extensive public company background. He has worked with a variety of companies such as Interim President & CEO of Digital Lightwave, COO and Director of H.C. Wainwright, President and CEO and Director of MetroVision of North America, President and CEO and Director of POP Radio Corp. and Director of Financial Advertising for E.F. Hutton.
Mr. Hussey presently hold positions with the following companies: Argentum Capital Partners – Board of Advisors, Axcess International, Inc. – Director/ Chair of Audit & SOX Committees, Digital Lightwave Inc. – Director and World Racing Group, Inc. – Director/ Chair of Audit Committee.
James Yagielo, Director of Technical Services
Mr. Yagielo has been with the company since inception, in 2000, and is head of the technical department. He is in charge of all technical and coding aspects related to SQL Database, Cold Fusion Functionality, Web Site Administration, and Affiliate Networking. He also oversees the duties of the IT department as well as the administration between the Company and the web hosting facility.
Alfred Fernanded, Chief Financial Officer and Controller
of Medianet Group Technologies, Inc., the Registrant, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective December 18, 2007. From 2004 to May 2007, Mr Fernandez served as Chief Financial Officer of Money Express Financial Corp., an international money service company. From 2002 to 2004, he served as a Divisional Controller at Ivax Corporation. Prior to 2002, Mr. Fernandez held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Girosol Corp. He has served in the position of Controller and Chief Financial Officer for over 15 years. Mr. Fernandez is an active CPA and has a J.D. from Seton Hall University.
Board of Advisors
Joseph Porrello. Mr. Porrello is on the Board of Advisors of the Company and assists in obtaining and maintaining relationships with the Company's major direct marketing clients. Mr. Porrello is a highly regarded leader in the audio/video industries, and has received over 90 gold, platinum and Emmy awards and also serves as President of Marketing Consultants Plus. Mr. Porrello has an extensive background as a Producer and Executive Producer of audio and video productions.
Dennis Lane.
Mr. Lane is a member of the Company’s Board of Advisors and has
spent more than 25 years as a senior executive in both network and independent
television. Mr. Lane is President of LaneCo, a multi-faceted marketing
company and has served as President of Kidztime Television also founded
the POS Network, a nationwide, in-store television marketing and advertising
Company. At ABC's affiliated Great American Broadcasting Company, Mr.
Lane developed that Company's non-traditional broadcast advertising, specializing
in infomercials and merchandise tie-in programs. As President of the Leisure
Television Corporation, Mr. Lane created, produced and syndicated original
half-hour programming for cable and broadcast television in association
with many of the top advertising agencies and national sponsors throughout
the nation. His experience in broadcasting includes: program development,
syndication, distribution, production, marketing, sales, merchandising
and operations.
Additionally, Lane is Co-Founder and former Executive Vice-President of
Restaurant.com, an internet company.
Brad A. Moss. Mr.
Moss is one of the four original members of Lucent Technologies' Electronic
Media Networked Services and currently manages the Technical Support and
Network Security Operations. Mr. Moss' area of expertise and consultation
to the Company provides expertise for the Company's network, intranet
and security.
Gary Serota. President
of Affinity Marketing Services Corporation (AMSC), a marketing consulting
firm specializing in the creation and marketing of customized benefits
designed to enhance membership acquisition, loyalty, and renewal programs
for affinity group clients. AMSC also helps clients develop profitable
cross-sell programs of relevant products and services targeted to the
unique interests of group members.
In 1980, Mr. Serota founded Bankcard Holders
of America, an affinity-membership consumer group, and has helped develop
and market travel incentive programs utilized by AT&T, General Motors,
IBM, Hewlett Packard, Kodak, and more than 300 of the Fortune 500 companies.
AMSC currently provides innovative incentive products accessible through
Internet portals and websites, to generate consumer traffic and increase
e-commerce through clients' sites. AMSC also identifies and secures strategic
corporate partners to enhance revenue generation for clients, through

Dr. William D. Stimack,
President of William Stimack Marketing Consulting, is one of the nation's
most highly respected sales management and telemarketing executives. Dr.
