Overview

MediaNet Group Technologies, Inc. has created a new framework for captivating and engaging consumers through a dynamic, value-based shopping community. The foundation of MediaNet is grounded in innovative technology, a global platform and an expertise in understanding and capitalizing on global economic trends and changing consumer behaviors.  The central hub of the MediaNet Group community is DubLi.com from which all other components of the business model are derived.

DubLi.com is the reverse auction portal from which the Company’s own currency, DubLi Credits, are banked, sold and spent.  The Company supports four different auction portals based on the same methodology in the US, Europe, Australia and a Global portal by which every country in the world can participate.  The Global Auction allows Business Associates to market to every person in the world while simultaneously developing extensive universal customer bases.  The Global Auction displays the currency of the individual who is viewing the site based on geo-targeting applications.

Supporting the growth of DubLi.com is the Company’s sales and marketing engine, DubLi Network, a marketing network of Business Associates (independent DubLi sales forces), who take advantage of the most efficient and effective form of direct selling, word-of-mouth.

Rounding out the MediaNet Group Community are BSP Rewards and DubLi Partner.  BSP Rewards is the online shopping mall portal that acts as an enhancement to the DubLi auction sites.  BSP allows consumers to shop at the same national, brand name merchants they shop at everyday and to earn cash value rewards points on these purchases. The Company has developed its own dynamic search feature that is designed to return only relevant results, based on prior shopping and search history, to the person engaging in the search.

DubLi Partner allows Business Associates, affinity groups, charities and others to white label the reverse auction portal and to earn commissions on the sale of DubLi Credits through marketing their own portals.  DubLi Partner also allows MediaNet Group to reach a large base of the shopping public through groups and organizations with whom they are already affiliated to drive additional traffic.

MediaNet Group has focused a considerable amount of time and resources to advance its technologies, creating a more efficient and user friendly website and developed a customizable media player that would be used to find, organize and play all of a user’s media, whether it resided on the user’s computer or on the MediaNet Group database.
With both digital fingerprinting and content licenses in place, the MediaNet Group plans on developing a single destination website for everything related to online shopping and entertainment.
