DubLi Golf and Beach Resort

When thinking of the Cayman Islands the words “tax haven“ or “pirates” cross most people’s minds. Both of these words cause a variety of emotions.

The Cayman Islands consist of three islands situated about 350 km south of Cuba and about 300 km northwest of Jamaica. The most well-known and the biggest island, Grand Cayman, has a very special meaning to the DubLi Network community.

Today, approximately 45,000 people live on the Cayman Islands and soon they will be joined by recognized leaders from DubLi Network. Situated on the north side of Grand Cayman, not far from the legendary “Rum Point” and adjacent to the beach, the DubLi Beach & Golf Resort is under construction. The resort is far away enough from Grand Cayman’s largest vacation area, “Seven Mile Beach,” to guarantee a cozy and quiet atmosphere.

DubLi Network recognizes the importance of supporting and providing incentives to its leaders in through every possible avenue, whether that is in the day-to-day business, education or many other facets. For example, top performers have access to personal financial advisors who aid and assist regarding investments and/or asset allocation.

Through a current incentive program, that runs until the end of the year, top performers throughout the world will receive a lot situated in the DubLi Beach & Golf Resort. Several leaders have already met their target and have secured their very own lot while others are getting close.

The resort will be a luxurious oasis with single-family homes. Homes in the DubLi Beach & Golf Resort will range from approx. 4,000 to 10,000 sq ft., all with their own private pool. The homes have been designed by a German architect who has created iconic buildings in major cities such as Berlin, the capital of Germany.

The lucky owners of the free lots will have the architect and an interior designer at their disposal making certain that the finished home is tailored to their individual tastes and preferences. DubLi Network is providing financing of the homes and the financing will be structured to individual objectives.

The resort will host its own 9-hole golf course that will be completed simultaneously with the construction of the state-of-the-art homes. A beach clubhouse on the resort’s private beach is to follow.

The Cayman Islands have so much to offer. In Bodden Town, 12 km from the capital Georgetown, there is a six kilometer long wailing wall that, back then, was supposed to protect the colonists from the pirates which today remains a popular tourist attraction. For those loving the ocean there are plenty of opportunities for diving or snorkeling, parasailing or wind surfing. With all these activities, there is little time for boredom. Friends of the finer sports won’t be short-changed either. Should you become too familiar with DubLi’s own 9-hole golf course, there are three other natural golf courses on the island with wonderful panoramic views.

Wreck treasures from the 16th and 17th century can be admired at the McKee´s Museum. The National Museum, located in the former Courthouse, shows the history Caymans. Located on Harbour Drive, close to the beach, the museum houses approximately 4,000 exhibits. From Spanish silver coins to coral jewelry, old documents and household items and even a 14 meter long cat boat, visitors can experience the real Cayman.

There is also a time, when it is really quiet, one can hear a song from the pirates, from the wind, like Captain Blackbeard, “Fifteen men on the dead man’s chest. Yo, ho, ho and a bottle of rum. Fifteen men the de’il wrote on the list. Booze and the de‘il killed them all! Aye!”

Although, at the Caribbean’s peak time of piracy, the Cayman Islands were used as a hideout. Today, they remain a hideout, but for the perfect little private getaway.
